Amarone DOCG – 2012

This intense ruby red organic wine has an excellent transparency and is very consistent. It’s has a bouquet of ethereal with hints of ripe fruit, particularly cherry and is balanced with hints of toasted wood and cocoa. It tastes full bodied, aromatic, very soft and balanced with a long aftertaste of cherries in brandy. This wine is the perfect accompaniment to game, braised meats, red meats and aged cheeses.

Serve at a temperature between 16-18°C.
