Prosecco Extra Dry DOC Pirani £12.00
Prosecco is the soul of the aperitif. This beautiful straw coloured wine with an elegant perlage is intense with notes of white fruit. Serve with fish, delicate first courses and cheese. Serve at a temperature between 7 -8°C.

Prosecco Frizzante £12.50
This soft straw yellow coloured organic wine with a a bouquet of fruity notes of golden apple, pear and floral undertones of acacia flower and wisteria. It tastes savoury, fresh and harmonious and is very elegant. It is excellent as an aperitif but due to its versatility, it is a suitable wine for any occasion. Serve at a temperature between 8-10°C.

A very fine soft pink wine which is elegant, rich and complex. It tastes pleasantly dense and balanced, featuring a right harmony. Serve at a temperature between 6-8°C and serve immediately after opening. Keep in a cool, dry place, away from heat and light.

This beautiful brilliant pink wine has delicate aromatic notes. It tastes soft and enveloping. Best served as an aperitif and perfect ideal with light starters, first courses and shellfish. Serve at a temperature of between 6-10°C.

This intense straw coloured wine with greenish tones has a very fine and persistent perlage which is almost creamy. It has a nuanced but decisive aroma of ripe fruit accompanied by delicate notes of white flowers, dried fruit and toasted almonds and hazelnuts. Its pleasant flavour and freshness harmonise with an innate softness that recalls the delicate sensations of silk.
